Agreement to Terms

Welcome to TimeLync ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a scheduling software platform providing availability sharing, online booking, group scheduling, and calendar coordination services. By accessing or using our scheduling platform at https://timelync.io and https://timelync.app (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our online booking system or calendar sharing tools. By using TimeLync, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Description of Services

TimeLync provides a coordination engine for smarter scheduling, including:

• Availability Sharing: Create and share booking links that display your real-time availability
• Calendar Aggregation: Connect and view multiple calendars (Google, Outlook, Apple) in one unified interface
• Group Scheduling: Find common availability across teams and coordinate meetings without back-and-forth emails
• Online Booking System: Allow clients, colleagues, and contacts to schedule appointments directly
• Team Coordination: Share team availability and manage group calendars

Account Registration

To access TimeLync's scheduling features, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Connect at least one calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar) for availability sharing
• Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your scheduling account or security breaches.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

TimeLync offers a free tier with core scheduling functionality including availability sharing, up to 5 groups, 5 calendar connections, and basic booking features. No credit card required.

Paid Plan

Our Major Plan is available for $10 USD per month (billed monthly) and includes unlimited groups, unlimited calendar connections, unlimited users, custom branding, and advanced scheduling features.

Billing Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for billing errors
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

When using TimeLync's scheduling software and calendar coordination tools, you agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt our scheduling services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or calendar data
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or harass other users through booking links
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or mine data from our availability sharing platform
• Violate any applicable laws regarding data privacy and calendar sharing

Calendar Data and Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of your calendar data, availability settings, and any content you create within TimeLync. By using our group scheduling and booking tools, you grant us a license to process and display this data solely to provide our Services.

Content Restrictions

You may not use TimeLync to share:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory
• Confidential information without proper authorization
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Malicious links or phishing attempts through booking pages

Intellectual Property

TimeLync and its original content (excluding your calendar data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TimeLync, Inc. Our scheduling software, coordination engine, and booking platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our scheduling services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use TimeLync's availability sharing and group scheduling features will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeLync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our scheduling platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your calendar data or transmissions

Disclaimer

Your use of TimeLync's online booking system and calendar coordination services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable calendar sync, we do not guarantee that our scheduling software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your important calendar data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of TimeLync's scheduling platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
